Who’s Your Daddy?
March 30, 2007
Hey Tony Blair? Who’s in control here? It’s certainly not you, not Britain, the Unidted States, or the U.N. Security Council. Ahmadinejhad will let everyone know when he’s ready to let the 15 British captives free. And until then, huff and puff, but you aren’t going to blow any house down, nor any candles out. Here’s why! Finish What You Start!
March 28, 2007
Let’s start with a good Biblical principle from Paul, “I have fought a good fight. I have FINISHED my course…” II Tim. 4:7
And add a German Proverb, “He who begins too much accomplishes too little.”
We live in a world without fences: a global community! We live in a world with few boundaries: at best the lines are blurred. We live in a world of multiple options! It is therefore very easy to get caught up in the “opportunity trap”. We take on too many assignments at work. We have too many social commitments and not enough covenants. We have too many people tugging at us from every angle. And, with the exponential growth of knowledge in the world today, who can say NO? Continue Reading »
Steve Forbes Endorses Giuliani
March 28, 2007
It sure doesn’t hurt to have the likes of Steve Forbes on your side. Forbes, chief executive of Forbes magazine who unsuccessfully sought the Republican nomination in 1996 and 2000, is considered a leader of the party’s pro-business and tax-cutting wings. “He is the man who can lead America in a world that is uncertain, fight the forces of evil and at the same time increase economic opportunity here at home,” Forbes told a press conference. Time To Decide!
March 28, 2007
GPS measurements who that the British Marines and Sailors were 1.7 miles within the Iraq borders. Even the first data given by Iran showed that, but then they had to change the data and make it look like the Brits were 0.3 of a mile within Iranian borders. But, enough of the games. It’s time to return the troops or face the consequences! Continue Reading »
One More Time Around?
March 26, 2007
Do we have a repeat of 2004 or is this something that will be far more serious? The incident in 2004 took place further north, in the narrow waters of the Shatt al-Arab waterway, and British officials were far less clear about which side of the disputed border they were. But in 2007 we have clear indications by the circumstances that the British Marines and Sailors were in Iraqi waters. The boat they inspected had been anchored in Iraqi waters and fishermen testified to that fact. Continue Reading »
In Your Face Time!
March 24, 2007
The Democrats needed 218 votes to win passage of a war vote. They got exactly 218 votes, but they may have also gotten a black eye in so doing. It took Bush just a little over an hour to arrange a nationally televised response. Hell No! If such a bill reaches his desk it gets a VETO! The Senate isn’t going to so stupid and if they were, neither house has the votes to over ride a presidential veto. But, after all this is IN YOUR FACE showtime! Continue Reading »
The Eastern Mouse!
March 23, 2007
Yiou’ve heard about the movie, “The Mouse That Roared” haven’t you? We have our version on this side of the planet. He lives in Venezuela and goes by the name of Hugo. There’s one on the other side of the world that goes by the name of Ahmadinejad. It’s a little more difficult to pronounce. They are both always making noise, but the latest incident may not get him the attention he rerally wants. Continue Reading »
Spring Weeding Time
March 22, 2007
I planted my garden about three weeks ago and already the weeds are making their presence known. Each season has its own particular distinctions. So too in politics. With the primary season condensed into February of 2008, the two dozen candidates that have said they’ll be running for president is getting an early weeding. The good news is that we won’t have to see the spectacle of nine stand up semi politicians debate each week. Continue Reading »
Semi Redeemed
March 21, 2007
Well, Bush finally came out with some GUTS! After being pushed around and intimidated by the gang of left wing ideologs who have no interest in truth, but just want to score points, Bush stood up! I say semi redeemd because it took him a week to get around to backing his friend and ex-personal lawyer- Alberto Gonzales. And I say semi because he took the stand on the most obvious of opportunities. If there is a case to be won, it’s this one. Continue Reading »

I Can’t Trump Donald!
March 20, 2007
Lasty week the “Donald” unloaded on George W. Bush. I mean he did a wholesale wrecking job on Bushie. He called Bush a liar, incompetent, and the worst president of the century. Well, Bush still have nearly two years to go on his eight year run so the jury is still out; however, I do believe the jury is trying to decide between the death penalty and life. In other words, the judge (can you say God?) is going to have to step in to save Bush. Continue Reading »

March 16, 2007
Acknowledging that he has relatives living and working in the United States, Mexico’s President Felipe Calderon joined President Bush on Wednesday in arguing for an overhaul of U.S. immigration law. Like who doesn’t have relatives in some nation? Continue Reading »
