The Housing Hoax Revealed

March 15, 2007

I have been amazed over the last few years at WHO has been able to buy a home here in America. After spending more than two decades in the real estate industry, I’d have people come to me asking counsel and advice about this and that. There were people that I’d bet big dollars would not qualify for a loan when they did. People that were not citizens bought homes. People that had jobs for less than six months, people with bankruptcies, men who owed back chilkd support, and you name it. They all were able to secure home loans. Continue Reading »

We go through the day “communicating” and don’t even know it. People READ that communication and draw conclusions that aren’t valid and all of a sudden, we’ve got problems Houston! It is sometimes easier to draw a picture. “Communicating is depositing a part of yourself in another.” Anon Continue Reading »

March 8, 2007

In case you missed the number of zeros, it’s $3.3 TRILLION! That number is the estimated world wide loss of equities last week. To hear the analysts describe it, it was no big deal.
