Wild Cards
August 18, 2008
learned in playing chickenfoot (dominos) that you don’t want to hold the totally blank domino. In the card ame of hearts you don’t want to get stuck with the queen of spades. It’s like that in life as well. Every now and then you get dealt a hand, a card that you’d rather not have to hold or deal with, but that’s life. These WILD CARDS, or surprises that come our way in life are disguised as accidents, illnesses, or “acts of God”. Continue Reading »
Civil Conversations
August 17, 2008
What a contrast the non-debate between McCain and Obama was. How refreshing to see the men answer questions, not attacking each other, but sharing who THEY ARE so we can make some valid decisions on who we want to vote for in November. But the shocker is that the forum under which it was conducted was hosted by a CHURCH! Now, where in the hell (metaphorically speaking of coruse), has the church been until now? Hopefully, the secular media can take a clue and a hint and see how differences can be handled in a civil manner. Continue Reading »
Universal Interpenetration
August 16, 2008
As we move forward in ways never before exponentially seen, our heads are spinning. Can we keep up with the speed at which digital bits keep flying at us? Are there no boundaries anymore? Can we be Americans and yet universalists in the sense that we know we’re not an island but one with all? And what is universal interpenetration? Continue Reading »
Self-Chosen Exile
August 15, 2008
Insecurity and a lack of confidence will hinder the growth of one’s consciousness. We macho Americans don’t quite know what to do with the loss of meaning in our lives or the inability to adequately control those things that we feel we must- which is almost everything. Such moments in life, which can extended into literally decades of ones life, cause us to pull within and cut-off what was once life to us. Continue Reading »
Timewave Zero
August 15, 2008
Can mankind have such a jump in consciousness over the next four years that the planet can be literally transformed. If there was a Planet X headed our way, could we get prepared for whatever that might mean? I’ll not list another half dozen possible scenarios predicted for 2012. Has there been a time in history when there was a massive, exponential jump in consciousness? The answer is yes and it’s called the Axial Age. Continue Reading »
Sacred Geometry
August 14, 2008
What are we to make of the crop circles, if anything? Do you write them off as a hoax, multidimensional beings giving us a message, maybe a warning, or what? Jonash, an internationally acclaimed artists beleives that they are messages about the coming 2012- and other messages. Are we leaving the fourth sun and moving into the enlightened fifth sun as the Mayans think? And what’s up with this new geometry? Continue Reading »
Stupid Is As Stupid Does
August 14, 2008
Tom Hanks, who played Forrest Gump said, “Life is like a box of chocolates….” and Americans still think they can eat the whole box and not get sick. Ben Bernanke and the Feds (that’s not a rock group, but the Federal Reserve) are still playing the shell game and building on the house of cards. They will do anything to keep us from facing financial reality. Every year must be better than the last and the party must go on. Let’s break out another box of chocolates. Continue Reading »
Connecting The Dots
August 13, 2008
What do the founding of the Egyptian and Mayan dynasties have in common. The answer is more than you know: more than most historians want to admit. It all begins with two very common, and I’ll be specific for clarity purposes, dates or time frames. Would you believe 3113 and 1198? They’re dates that continue to grow in the consciousness of historians and archaeologists. Continue Reading »
Hormonal Gods?
August 13, 2008
Why is it that we’re almost too afraid to believe what should be, what’s really is behind the veil, or what’s often times called the GOOD NEWS? We’ve been taught that IF something sounds too good to be true, then it probably IS (too good to be true). And yet we profess to believe in a God of mercy and grace. Tell me how you reconcile those two mindsets- how does one rationalize that? Continue Reading »
Tbilisi Georgia
August 12, 2008
If it wasn’t apparent what Russia was up to last week, you’ve got to be in denial today if you don’t think Putin’s plans are anything but taking over ALL of Georgia. Moving into South Ossetia last week under the guise of protecting their peace keepers was just the opening gambit. Over the wekend, Russian troops entered from the West, sending armored vehicles beyond two breakaway provinces and seizing a military base in the country’s west. Continue Reading »
Atlantis, Arkansas?
August 12, 2008
Here’s a trivia question for you that could lead to a good night conversation, if you have the time or inclination(s). According to carbon dating (you’ll need to defend that to anyone religious), what is the oldest city in North America? Before they answer that you might offer that the city was built around 1600BCE (give or take a few hundred years). So, we’re talking about 3,600 years ago. Coincidently, this would be around the time of the great flood. Remember Moses? Continue Reading »
Hopi Atlanteans?
August 11, 2008
Hopi prophecies about the future and particularly as it relates to 2012 possible events is but half of the story. Their folklore about the past an connections to Atlantis is even more interesting. And it’s not just the Hopi Indian traditions, but nearly every native American tribe and as many as 120 different tribes from North and Central America have stories related to Atlantis. Georgia on My Mind
August 11, 2008
While most of the world has their focus and attention on China and the Olympics, others have Georgia on this mind, and I am not talking about the song written in 1930 by Stuart Gorrell (lyrics) and Hoagy Carmichael (music). Nor the same song made popular by Ray Charles in 1960. Nor the state song of Georgia, USA. I’m referring to the nation of Georgia where Russia is sending a strong message. Continue Reading »
Fire & Brimstone
August 10, 2008
Plato wrote in Timaeus, “There have been an will be many different calamities to destroy mankind, the greatest of them by fire….” And that fire has come from within and without. History tells us many stories about fire from out there in the form of close pass-by of comets, meteor strikes, and the like, while volcanos from withing belch fire and spew lava that can’t be held back by anything man devises. Continue Reading »
