Last week was a good week for gold and then along came the last week of July and things started drifting south as the US$ strengthened. The 10th Amendment restates the Constitution’s principle of federalism by providing that powers not granted to the national government nor prohibited to the states are reserved to the states or the people. So, what’s threat mean exactly?
