2012 Soul Choices
September 4, 2008
When someone brings up any discussion about 2012, immediately thoughts go to the wild and crazy conspiracy theories and potentially catastrophic events, of which there are doaznes, that might happen to us. Or, if one is coming down on the positive side of the ledger, the opportunities for increased consciosuness and a spiritually enlightened future come to mind. However, something else that’s major must happen as well.
Can you say politics?
We’re in the heart of a presidential campaign that been one of the most difficult( especially for the Democrats), wild, and expensive ever on record. The discord and the depth and degradation to which politicing has fallen must be radically changed between now and 2012 as well.
If we’re going to imagine a better world, we need to start with those leaders who keep us constantly divided- the politicians and the political parties. Are we headed to a one-world government? I don’t like the feel of that; however, since we are in reality ONE, wouldn’t that be more logical? That one will bring out some friction for sure. But, don’t take the United Nations as such an example- it’s NOT!
As Corrine McLaighlin wrote, ” We as humaity have a choice. As members of the human family, each and every one of us is facing a great soul-choice: which path will we take in the coming years of upheaval and change”? While our government did a better job with hurricane Gustav, Katrina was a reminder that in a major crisis we’re mostly on our own.
It’s known that the government is building Deep Underground Military Bases, but how many people can they support and who will be let and and who left out?
If any of the many discussed catastrophies come in 2012, we’ll even be more on our own, or we’ll come together and ride out the storm as ONE- the only way we can be successful. But keep in mind that we’ll have to see a total overhaul of the governmental entities that now divide us. ![]()
