Will it be a Democratic tsunami sweeping the House and Senate into the hadns of Democrats? Or will it be no treat, just a cruel trick? Today is Halloween! And anything can and probably will happen over this next seven days. We’ve heard conspiracy theories of Chavez manipulating the voting machines that Venezuela owns to the Republicans stealing the absentee ballots.

Who Wants Cheaper Auto Insurance?

In Virginia Webb (D) has pulled ahead of Allen (R) who was to win without a doubt. Now who knows? In Maryland the Democratic incumbent is being shoved hard by a black Republican challenger, Steele.

Will Tennessee elect a black Democratic Senator (Harold For, Jr.) and rebuff the conservative Corker?

And how about New Jersey? They don’t elect Republican Senators in new Jersey! Don’t you know that? Then why is Kean (R) pushing Menendez (D) to the limit and on the verge of an upset.

What in the world is going on here? Four states that were thought to be safe by their respective parties four months ago are now on the verge of being turned upside down. Ahh, but we still have a week to go- until elections. And then maybe a month before we know the final, final outcomes. Count on there being legal challenges everywhere!
