Benazir Bhutto assassinated

December 27, 2007

There are simply some people in this world who don’t want to live. Worse yet, there are people with such hatred that they don’t want “others” to live either. Worst of all, there are large groups of people who have gathered together to accomplish collectively what they can’t do individually. I’m not going to put any labels on this “face of hatred” for we all have our own opinions as to who the “bad guys” are.

We are not living life as we should: we must be universally engaged!

But how do we change that? The rich, the powerful, and the ambitious don’t see anything wrong with a world wherein some people have more money than they could ever use or spend in a million life times while others go to bed at night hungry and cold. I’m certainly not advocating socialism, but neither am I maintaining that capitalism unhindered is ideal.

Then we have the religious issues! God help up!

We must come to a place where we understand that there is but ONE GOD which means He (no gender intended) created each and everyone of us. And, to destory ANY of His creation is an attack on the ONE who created us. Why is that so hard to grasp? We are not SEPARATE!

The assassination of Benazir Bhutto is just the latest evidence of a serious illness within humanity. There is a cure and it’s a four letter word that doesn’t start with an “H”, but an “L”. LOVE is the only answer and there’s no ONE religion that espouses that, but many. Bhutto will go down in history as one who was called by destiny- but to what? Will her legacy and memory spawn love and forgiveness or more violence and hatred?

Unfortunately, the violence and hatred has already been ratcheted up dramatically!
