William Charles “Bill” Ayers

October 6, 2008

Sean Hannity has been pounding the Obam Ayers connection for months and now Sara Palin has joined the chorus aswe get into the real mud-slining days of the presidential campaign. Sarah Palin on Saturday accused Democrat Barack Obama of “palling around with terrorists” because of his association with a former 1960s radical, stepping up the campaign’s effort to portray Obama as unacceptable to American voters. Do Pigs Wear Lipstick?

September 10, 2008

We’ve got it on now, don’t we! I’m so glad that I don’t have a horse in this race. For the first time that I can remember, I’m not bound up in NEEDING someone to win. I’ll make up my mind as to who to vote for after the three debates. One party wants to kill babies and teh otehr party wants to kill our young men in war, while killing other people. Neither party, neither man is wooing me with their rhetoric, not their platforms. Continue Reading »

The Inside Political Game Is On!

September 8, 2008

The preliminaries are over! The convention theatrics are history. It’s now time to get down in the trenches, burn up the phone bank calling, get out the registration volunteers, raise money, and have those four major debates. Oh yes, and hold your breath that something lurking out there beyond our borders or beneath the table doesn’t rise up and change the whole course of political history. Continue Reading »

Sarah Palin Euphoria

September 7, 2008

That Sarah Palin is a breath of fresh air and the energizer for the forgotten right wing of the Republican party is a no-brainer. That Sarah Palin will help Republicans raise needed cash is already coming into the coffers as McCain and the Republican party now has bout $200,000,000.00 to battle Obama. But one thing that’s being currently lost in all the euphoria needs to be mentioned. Continue Reading »

Bush Criminal Charges?

September 6, 2008

What will the big three do? I’m not talking about the automakers here. They may well declare bankruptcy; however, what the big three politico will do is the question. Will Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi, and Joe Biden look into criminal charges against George Bush if they win? What will they do if they lose or does winning or losing have nothing to do with the scenario? Continue Reading »

Rev. Ed Kalnins

September 5, 2008

Let me share some things with you that you pobably didn’t know, but I am sure that some did. Critics of President Bush will be banished to hell. Yep, that’s just off the press. Add to that that those who backed Kerry in 2004 may not be allowed into heaven. The jury is still out on that. And of course the September 11 attack was pointing to the end times battle over the Christian faith. Continue Reading »

John McCain At Excel Energy Center

September 4, 2008

Wednesday belonged to Sarah Barracuda, but Thursday night is for the ex-prisoner of war, John McCain. After Thursday evening, it’s time for the sixty day run to election day. Republicans Wednesday launched a full-throated counterpunch at the media’s scrutiny of Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin and accused the media of wanting to “destroy” John McCain’s vice presidential pick. But John is more than happy and excited at his maverick pick. Continue Reading »

Sarah Barracuda!

September 4, 2008

She has one of the most engaging smiles and Rush Limbaugh is proud of the fact that she can show her ankles and legs- whatever that says to him! I am talking about Sarah Palin of course who has her say at the Republican convention Wednesday evening. She was introduced to us just five days ago as this sweet and charming girl from Alaska who likes to hunt and snowmobile. But what else? Continue Reading »

Sarah Palin Speaks

September 3, 2008

Now it’s her turn! Wednesday night Sarah Palin will speak for herself. The press has been all over what was initially thought to be a pure as snow, no skeletons in the closet, tough as nails woman. Since that introduction just a few days ago (5 to be exact), she’s been accused as being a bad mother, someone who hid her pregnancy until the seventh month, not watching over her seventeen year old pregnant daughter, and involved in what’s known as Trooper-gate. Continue Reading »

Bristol Palin Pregnant

September 1, 2008

How is it that a woman, especially the governor of a state can be seven months pregnant and no one know anything about it? Even her staff didn’t know she was pregnant. Really? Really! So, as the questions were beginning to blossom into a full-blown conspiracy theory, Sarah Palin decided she needed to come forth with information that would solve one problem but create another. Continue Reading »

Republican Convention

August 31, 2008

The Democrats say Gustav is God sent. The Republicans are trying to take advantage of the situation by appearing more compassionate. George Bush learned from Katrina so he’s skipping his Monday night appearance at the Convention. McCain had talked about postponing the Convention but everyone knew THAT was not going to happen. Both parties are trying to make political gain from this presumed catastrophe. So much for ploitics. Continue Reading »

Sarah Palin

August 29, 2008

John McCain has made his decision as to who will counter Joe Biden on the Democratic ticket- who’s the person that will do the fourth debate for the Republicans? It’s Sarah Palin! Say What? Sara who? A woman? Yep and that’s a good John McCain strategy in that he’s trying to take advantage of the defection of many women that loved Hillary. But, will it work? Time will tell. Continue Reading »

Tim Pawlenty

August 29, 2008

John McCain has Tim Pawlenty on his short list. So, who is Timothy James Pawlenty? He is the 39th and current Governor of Minnesota and a member of the Republican Party. In the Minnesota gubernatorial election of 2002, as the Republican nominee, he was elected Governor of Minnesota and inaugurated on January 6, 2003. He was re-elected in 2006, and his second term will end on January 3, 2011. As Governor, he has become well known for freezing taxes by cutting funding for programs that were purported to help the poor. Continue Reading »

Hillary Clinton

August 27, 2008

Hillary got her turn Tuesday night. But earlier in the day, Bubba was at it again, making a obtruse argument about two candidates that smacked of an up side the head blow to Obama. Bubba just can’t quite keep his emotions to himself, but we already know that. The introduction was much like Michelle’s the night before- filled with stories of her childhood and snippets from her mother. Continue Reading »
