Strategic Thinking

Call it stategic thinking, process thinking, or creative thinking, but whatever we do we need to abandon our stinking thinking! If there were no thoughts about 2012, no Mayan calendar, no galatic crossing, nor increased sun spot activity, what could we do to turn our thinking and the way we live around? Because right now we’re headed for a hell-hole of destruction. Something needs to get our attention that will cause us to unite and quit killing each other!

In essence, how we think about 2012 and all that entails may very well determine what does happen in fact. We do influence the world. Things are twice created. Mind and material influence one another.

Just look at what’s happening and what’s happening exponentially:

>We are polluting the ground that sustains our life.
>We are killing our oceans that supply our needed oxygen.
>We are using up our resources faster and faster and a tipping point is near.
>We are creating holes in the ozone that protects our very existence.

And I have just touched on a few of the dozens of calamities that we’re creating. Unless swe address these issues and unless we do it quickly, we’re poisoning the bed upon which we sleep. Add to that the scenarios that “sane scientists” are saying lay just down the road in a few years, and HOUSTON- we have a PROBLEM!

That applies to the whole world of course!

What used to take centures, has most recently taken decades, and will soon take but a few years. We’ve not only increased the access to knowledge, we’ve also increased our destructive processes. We need to gather together the best scientists, the most reliable contemplative individuals, and get serious about what does in fact stand knocking at our door.

If we refuse to acknowledge the global warming (galactic, not only earthly) issue and get about working trying to understand it, we’re wasting our future. Ther larger issue of the preservation of humanity is stake while we doddle on about Britney Spears and what Obama’s preacher did or did not mean by what he said. Neither one of those two
issues have anything to do with stategic thinking!
